Trying to return one item via Royal Mail however it generated a return through Asda store, I am no where near an Asda store. Tried to change method of return but just get 'order has already been added' message. Emailed customer services but no response. What is going on?
To anyone trying to do a return. Go to your order email. Click on customer service at the bottom in small print!! Go to return online,click on Go to l need a return label. Click on the part the that says If you are having technical difficulties. It will say having trouble generating return form. Click here to Full return instructions. Scroll down to If your order does not show. Click on this link. It will take you to your order. Hopefully your order will show and proceed. Phew hopefully this helps!!!!!

Recently had to contact DP customer service due to an item I ordered for next day delivery was in progress 3 weeks later. I contacted Natalie through WhatsApp she was very helpful and efficient and processed my refund including delivery costs straight away.
I queried an item that I haven’t received and within minutes Andy B had answered back and sorted it all out for me. I was very impressed with the quick and efficient service!
It’s over 2months I’ve been waiting for a refund from 12 orders which was returned back to you. I’ve been silent enough and believe it’s time to take action. There has been no response to my emails neither was there any refunds received. Please refund me ASAP
Lovely clothes and shoes. Fast delivery. Emma C and Andy B were very helpful when I had a question regarding a return.

I was missing a few items, so I googled how to contact DP’s customer service, and to my surprise it took me to WhatsApp, which I thought was amazing!! Nadiyah was so helpful, explained why I hadn’t received the missing items due to being out of stock and advised straight away that she will sort a refund for me. Brilliant customer service! Been using DP for many years great petite clothes and great prices . Never had an issue. Hope they continue to trade.
Returned my order on the 4th May! They have recieved it as seen on my tracking on Hermes. Not contact no reply to email nothing! AVOID DOROTHY PERKINS! Very quick to TAKE my money tho! Terrible Custumer service
Awful customer service. I returned my goods and then received an email saying they were refunding me for the wrong items. I sent a message for clarity. No reply.
Refund of incorrect amount came through so I messaged again - the response I was sent was about how to create a return. I reclarified the situation. Same response. Explained it all again. No response.
Appalling customer service - they either don’t respond or send you a response that has nothing to do with your query.
This has all been through Facebook (it is impossible to speak to anybody) and my Twitter messages have been completely ignored.
I contacted Dorothy Perkins using their WhatsApp service and was dealt excellently by Jade S.
She communicated in a pleasant manner and was able to confirm my refund had been completed. I was impressed by the quick turnaround.
I am really disappointed with Dorothy Perkins. Ordered some items from them - they took ages to arrive (due to covid) and then when I want to return them (within the 14 day return period) I can't as it says they were ordered more than 21 days ago which they were but I didn't get them for weeks. Emailed customer services and no response - DO NOT BUY FROM DP ANYMORE - TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Just to say DP contacted me as per the below and accepted the return of items - just awaiting the refund.
Awful! I have shopped here for years and never had a problem but I don’t know what is going on with this place at the minute. I tried to create my returns label, system failed to do this and I had an error message telling me to contact customer service, which I did. After waiting a week I was asked by customer service to list items for return and method of return. Listed all items including item numbers and asked to return via Royal Mail. Got a reply with my return slip via Hermes..... I emailed again to reiterate that I wanted to return via Royal Mail and it’s been 2 weeks now with no reply. Tried to log into my account to email them again and had to change my password to get into my account, was then told I have no orders in my history (have been shopping here for 15+ years). Also noticed that their returns timeframe has been reduced from 28 days to 14. Wasn’t made aware of this so just a heads up for others. Very disappointing and I will think twice before buying from here in the future. Such a mess.
